Soprano Anna Prohaska, named “Female Singer of the Year” at the 2024 Opus Klassik, enjoys a career defined by its remarkable breadth and intensity. Following her precocious debut at age 18 in a work by Benjamin Britten, she has garnered profound international acclaim. A versatile interpreter of both early and contemporary music, Prohaska has premiered works by such modern masters as George Benjamin, Beat Furrer, and Peter Ruzicka.
