In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. One of my earliest musical memories was originally learning the cello at around 5 years old and getting a report back saying I was really bad and unfocused lol I then went onto the violin (smaller, more egotistical) and fell in love with it! What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Caroline Polachek, Desire, I Want to Turn Into You Hayley Williams, Petals For Armor Lauryn Hill, The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill Three incredible, life-changing albums by three talented women that are or have changed music and the way we listen to it and how we make it. Tell us why you chose this song. “Sweat” This song was simply about the heatwave - a mixture of not being able to cope with the heat but also craving it, loving it, wanting more of it. Might have some double meanings in there too... What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Hearing myself on Radio 6 Freakzone a couple years back was hard to comprehend - MUM IM ON RADIO! Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Yooo i really just want to do a fusion of my classical upbringing and my hyper-pop, alt-pop writing - I think there's capacity for some really fun stuff there
