Charles-Louis Hanon

Charles-Louis Hanon was a French composer, writer, and educator of the 19th century remembered for his pedagogical work The Virtuoso Pianist. His worklist also contains piano pieces for children, a collection of 50 sacred chants, and opera arrangements for piano.
