Callas in Concert - The Hologram Tour
More than 40 years after her death, Maria Callas took to the stage as part of the Hologram Tour in 2018. Existing recordings of some of the arias for which she’s best known were accompanied by a live orchestra and La Divina in holographic form. Here are the original performances, complete with stylish accompaniments under the likes of de Sabata, Giulini, Serafin and Prêtre. As Carmen, Tosca, Madame Butterfly, Turandot and many others, Callas inhabits each role, exploring every little emotional twist and turn.
