On 7 June 2024, the gardens of Vienna’s Schönbrunn Palace once again played host to the spectacular open-air Summer Night Concert, which this year celebrates its 20th anniversary. The Vienna Philharmonic, conductor Andris Nelsons and Norwegian soprano Lise Davidsen treated the assembled audience of tens of thousands to orchestral works and arias by Wagner, Smetana, Johann Strauss II, Verdi, Shostakovich and much more.
