Per Brant

Not much is known concerning this Swedish composers abilities or production. Much of the work attributed to him may in fact be that of his teacher's, J. H. Roman. Only one song can be definitively granted to the hand of Brant. His most noteworthy accomplishment was the coordination of the Musikalisk Akademi which eventually developed into the Royal Swedish Music Academy four years after his death. ~ Keith Johnson
