Juan de Araujo

Juan de Araujo was a prolific composer of over 200 works primarily multiple voiced villancicos. He was born in Spain and died in Bolivia having attempted new effects via rhythms -- that were both spirited and fun -- and descriptive phrases. ~ Keith Johnson
