O Holy Night: A Merton Christmas
O Merton College Choir tem feito excelentes álbuns, e este não é exceção. Acompanhado pela Oxford Philharmonic, o coral oferece uma seleção criativa de música de Natal, novas e antigas, com alguns clássicos que suscitam aquele aconchegante sentimento de pertencimento que aflora no final do ano. Só a presença de John Rutter e David Willcocks já garantiria o mais tradicional espírito natalino, mas o álbum também conta com faixas como "What Child Is This?", de Thomas Hewitt Jones, e o clássico moderno "O Magnum Mysterium", de Morten Lauridsen. Um ótimo álbum de bel-canto, gravado com perfeição.
