Handel
Bulgarian soprano Sonya Yoncheva explores enchanting Handel arias in this spectacular offering. Her “Tornami a vagheggiar” from Alcina is passionate and polished, her voice soaring nimbly through the aria’s many leaps and runs. Her selections from Giulio Cesare are earnest and poised in their dynamic variations.
