Stefan Plewniak
Biography
Violinist and conductor Stefan Plewniak has performed with Baroque ensembles in Poland and in several Western European countries. He has also founded and conducted several Baroque ensembles of his own and has conducted conventional symphony orchestras. Plewniak is the founder of the Ëvoe label and recorded several albums there; in 2024, he moved to the Erato label, conducting a recording of Gluck's Orfeo ed Euridice.
