In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. PRJCT Amsterdam is the young baroque ensemble led by countertenor Maarten Engeltjes. The ensemble consists of a permanent core of outstanding young baroque musicians with a common musical vision. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? PRJCT Amsterdam earned high praise with the programme 'If Music be the Food of Love' with Andreas Scholl, including concerts in De Doelen, TivoliVredenburg and sold-out performances in AMUZ Antwerp and Muziekgebouw aan 't IJ Amsterdam. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? PRJCT Amsterdam has many plans for the coming years, ranging from CD recordings and new concert series to larger projects. World stars such as Rolando Villazón and Carolyn Sampson will be involved.
