Biography
The Soviet-born violinist Philippe Quint moved to the U.S. and has frequently programmed and recorded contemporary American music. He has appeared as a soloist with leading orchestras in the U.S., Britain, continental Europe, and Southeast Asia. Quint has a substantial recording catalog, covering music by composers ranging from Paganini to Charlie Chaplin. In 2025, he released the album Milestones, featuring concertos written for him by Errollyn Wallen and Lera Auerbach.
