In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I sing because my sister sang. She was my earliest inspiration. We sang gospel together growing up in Detroit. I have a consecutive career as countertenor and tenor. I’m proud to be among the most recorded artists singing African American Art Song.
