In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. The first musical memory I have is hearing my mother humming along to the Bach Brandenburg concertos every weekend ! Glenn Gould, Glenn Gould – Unreleased Takes from his 1981 Goldberg Variations - EP Leon Fleisher, Two Hands Nina Simone, Live At Montreux 1976 These are three albums that have really shaped me as an artist, not only do I absolutely love these artists music, I was also incredibly inspired by them as people whilst growing up. Tell us why you chose this song. “2 Mélodies hébraïques, M.A 22: No. 1, Kaddisch (Version for Solo Piano by Alexander Siloti)” One of the most beautifully written melodies by ravel in my opinion, mixing pain and vulnerability with hope.
