Singapore Symphony Orchestra

Relatively young among the world's major symphony orchestras, the Singapore Symphony Orchestra has evolved into Southeast Asia's leading orchestral ensemble. The group's repertory, its reputation, and its personnel are all international. The Singapore Symphony has a recording catalog stretching back at least to the early '90s. In 2025, the orchestra released the album Mozart: Violin Concertos, featuring the young violinist Chloe Chua. Hannu Lintu assumed the role of Singapore Symphony music director in 2026.
