Anthony Hopkins

A commanding presence who's assembled a shelf of awards and accolades, Welsh actor Anthony Hopkins is equally at home in William Shakespeare's plays (after being classically trained at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art) and crowd-pleasing blockbuster films like the stunning Silence of the Lambs (1991), where he portrayed a complex serial killer. However, Hopkins kept an abiding love of music close to the chest, writing original, classical-inspired compositions that largely went unknown until the 21st century, most notably on the 2026 album Life Is a Dream.
