Sylvia Capova

Czech pianist Sylvia Capova has an extensive discography of the standard nineteenth century repertoire. In addition to solo piano works of Beethoven, Schubert, and Chopin, she has recorded Beethoven's "Emperor" Concerto with the Ljubljana Radio Orchestra (Intersound). Unusual among her recordings is her performance of Arthur Bliss' Baraza Concert Piece for piano, orchestra, and men's voices with the Czecho-Slovak Radio Symphony Orchestra (Marco Polo).
