Leipziger Streichquartett

The ambition of the Leipziger Streichquartett is well matched by its quality. Since forming in the late ‘80s, the German-based ensemble has earned acclaim for their work both in the studio and in concert halls. It championed string quartet repertoire over the centuries -- both immortal works by the likes of Beethoven, Haydn, and Brahms and new composers working in that musical language.
