Samson Tsoy

Pianist Samson Tsoy plays both solo and in duo piano music with Pavel Kolesnikov. Kolesnikov and Tsoy are personal as well as professional partners, and they have emerged as visible representatives of the gay presence in classical music in Britain, where they live. Tsoy has held music workshops for children in Russia, where he was partly trained. He and Kolesnikov issued an album of music by Schubert and Leonid Desyatnikov on the Harmonia Mundi label in 2024.
