In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Since I was born I used to listen my father rehearsing at home. Harpsichords, recorders, viols were always around! Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Les Folies D'Espagne” Folia bass and tune are the most inspiring ever! It can be proud, tender, furious or melancholic or sparkling, but it never loses the elegance of simplicity. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? I feel lucky to have recorded many highlights of the viola da gamba repertoire, but also to have shared the stage with some of the best musicians in the world. Playing the Stradivarius Spanish Royal Quartet is, undoubtedly, a special memory ❤️
