Anna Handler

After several impressive fellowships and assistantships, conductor Anna Handler became Kapellmeister at the Deutsche Oper Berlin in 2025. She served as a Dudamel Fellow with the Los Angeles Philharmonic during the 2023-2024 season. Handler is also active as a pianist and has made video recordings in that capacity. She released her debut audio album, The First of Everything, in 2025, leading the Deutsches Symphonie-Orchester Berlin in the music of Indonesian composer Eunike Tanzil.
