Delirium Musicum

Delirium Musicum is a self-conducted chamber orchestra based in Los Angeles, California, whose programming ranges from Baroque repertoire to newly commissioned works. Drawing its membership from musicians representing multiple countries across four continents, the ensemble brings an unusually diverse range of backgrounds and influences to its interpretations. Its performances are defined by an emphasis on spontaneity, direct audience engagement, and a commitment to expanding the reach of classical music. Since its founding, the orchestra has established itself as one of the more distinctive ensembles on the American chamber music scene, earning recognition from both critics and audiences. In 2023, the orchestra released its debut album on the Warner Classics label, Seasons. The ensemble released its second album, Cabinet of Curiosities, in 2025.
