Rory Macdonald

Conductor Rory Macdonald has been active in the U.S. as well as Britain. He has an exceptionally long list of guest conducting appearances to his credit in both concert music and opera. His repertory stretches from Renaissance music to contemporary works, and he has conducted the premieres of new pieces by several major British composers. Macdonald has made several recordings on the Linn label, including 2024's Our Gilded Veins.
