Biography
Italian tenor Marco Beasley is a founding member of Accordone, along with composer/harpsichordist Guido Morini. Born in 1957 to an English father and an Italian mother, Beasley grew up in Naples and studied at the university in Bologna. He and Morini founded Accordone in 1984 and, after many projects over the years, made their recording debut as such in 2003 with La Bella Noeva on the Alpha label. Subsequent releases on the Belgian label Cypres include Le Frottole (2005), Recitar Cantando (2006), and Il Settecento Napoletano (2007).
