Guy Cutting

Biography

Following the path laid out by countless others before him, tenor Guy Cutting's time as a chorister and scholar at New College, Oxford catapulted him into an international singing career. Specializing in Baroque music, he has appeared with leading period ensembles from Europe and the U.S., including the American Bach Soloists and the Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment. He also appears regularly with modern orchestras such as the Bournemouth Symphony and the Britten Sinfonia. He is also a member of the vocal quartet Damask. Cutting has a growing recording catalog which includes recordings of Stravinsky's late works and Handel's Messiah in 2026.
