Les Accents

The French early music ensemble Les Accents has specialized in vocal and instrumental repertories of the 17th and 18th centuries, focusing on the oratorio and motet genres. The group has devoted itself to meticulous re-creation of works and even entire musical events and has broadened the available repertory of Baroque Italian oratorios. Les Accents has frequently recorded on the Aparte label. In 2024, the group moved to Erato for a recording of J.A. Hasse's oratorio Serpentes ignei in deserto.
