In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. The first time I boarded a plane with just my guitar in hand — I was heading to an audition at Sir Paul McCartney's LIPA and I remember thinking, “My music brought me here!” That moment felt like the beginning of a dream coming true. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Björk, Debut David Bowie, Hunky Dory (2015 Remaster) Pink Floyd, The Wall "Hunky Dory" is poetry, "Debut" took me to another world and "The Wall" still inspires. Each album shaped me in its own way — and reminds me how music can be deeply personal and still speak to the world. Tell us why you chose this song. “The Storm Will Pass” I wrote this piece during lockdown in 2020 without thinking of an audience. It was just to nourish myself. Because of its simplicity I was not sure if I wanted to release it at all. Yet it has become one of my popular ones. And my children love it! What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? My first feature film "Narziss und Goldmund"; we were raising three kids and juggling life. The project was intense but full of joy—unfortunately it was released just a few days before cinemas were closed thanks to Lockdown in 2020. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I'd love to tour more internationally and score more feature films. Telling stories across cultures through music is what drives me.
