Özgür Aydın

Özgür Aydın is a pianist whose career combines solo recitals, orchestral performances, and chamber music. His repertoire extends from Bach and Beethoven to the Romantic piano literature, with recordings of works by Schumann, Liszt, and Rachmaninov. Alongside performances of complete cycles of Beethoven's piano sonatas and concertos, he has developed a substantial chamber-music partnership with violinist Midori. Their recording of works by Robert and Clara Schumann, released by Pentatone in 2026, reflects his continuing involvement in repertoire that places equal importance on instrumental dialogue and individual expression.
