Quartetto Adorno

Within a few years of its formation, Italy's Quartetto Adorno had performed at some of the world's top chamber music venues. The group was formed in 2015 by violinist Edoardo Zosi and Liù Pelliciari, violist Benedetta Bucci, and cellist Danilo Squitieri. The group's membership has remained consistent as of the mid-2020s. The Quartetto Adorno scored awards at major Italian competitions. It has a large repertory stretching from Haydn to 20th century and contemporary works. The group has issued several recordings, including one of the complete string quartets of Mario Castelnuovo-Tedesco in 2024.
