Henri Chalet

Conductor and organist Henri Chalet gained worldwide visibility when he led the choir of Notre-Dame Cathedral at the structure's reopening in 2024. He is responsible for coordinating all the music at Notre-Dame and has had a long career as director of its youth choir school and of other youth choirs in Paris. Chalet has collaborated with other artists in music ranging from Bach to the contemporary era, and he is also active in pop music. He has made several recordings with the La Maîtrise de Notre-Dame choir, including Yves Castagnet: Magnificat in 2024.
